The home sits just above the City of Vista looking west, toward the sunset.  The neighborhood is like-new displaying a continuity of architecture.  The home is all on one floor, 2,300 sq ft, featuring wide hallways, sloped entrance, wheelchair “roll in” shower, sloped entrances and exits to provide ease of movement for the non-ambulatory clients.

 

It contains a vaulted living area, large family room, dining room, 2 private bedrooms and 2 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. A large covered patio provides shade for the warm summer days and facilitates outdoor activities.  The back yard is large and gracious and often used for recreation by the clients.  Rancho Pacifica Home is the “hub” of the six Hearts of Gold Care Home facilities and contains two enclosed administration offices and a variety of tech support (copiers, computers, fax, etc.).
